~ love is the haven toward which all beings
~ flowers ~ rivers ~ nations
~ atoms ~ creatures ~ you and I
~ are travelling
~ by the straight path of rightfulness

~ dance for gaia ~ ♥ ~

~ gaia ~ may we honour you with every breath
~ we have a dream of a world at peace
~ may we be aware of your heartbeat
~ may we understand the language of gaia
~ the language of your heart
~ and sing it and dance
~ in joyful celebration
~ and gratitude for gaia ~ ♥ ~

~ a pearl is a beautiful thing that is produced by an injured life
~ it is the tear that results from the injury of the oyster
~ the treasure of our being in this world
~ is also produced by an injured life
~ if we had not been wounded

~ our moods change colours like the seasons
~ ebbing and flowing
~ through every colour of the rainbow

~ so always watch for the rainbow
~ releasing the power of love

~ a wilted flower is a beautiful reminder
~ of our opportunities when change comes about
~ the flower looks finished but still has a purpose
~ it is resting, changing, and transforming

~ gathering ourselves for new adventures
~ when the time is right
~ we will rise up and resume our growth

~ sunlight sparkles on the buddleia
~ sleepy silver moths hide under the leaves
~ bees buzz and battle for the brightest buds
~ tortoiseshells lightly dance
~ probing for the sweetness within

~ gaia's fulfillment ~ ♥ ~

~ sleek green stems
~ bearing tight rosebuds
~ full blown silky petals
~ burst forth with glossy hips

~ fragrance ~ ♥ ~

~ washed with dew
~ and kissed by the sun
~ fragrance of roses explodes ~ ♥ ~

~ scented stillness ~ ♥ ~

~ fragrance of honeysuckle
~ cooing doves
~ bees buzzing among brambles
~ scented stillness in my sunny garden  ~ ♥ ~

~ violet fire ~ ♥ ~

~ I am violet fire
~ of mist and hope and flame
~ I am violet fire
~ restoring gaia’s dream ~ ♥ ~

~ promise of fruit and seed

~ crack ~ ♥ ~

~ thinking we are safe
~ the shell will crack around us

~ thoughts are just what is
~ they appear
~ they're innocent
~ they're not personal
~ they're like the breeze
~ or the leaves on the trees
~ or the raindrops falling

~ and we can make friends with them
