~ where lapped the dark waters
~ and no sun or moon ever shone
~ stood a woman of such shining loveliness
~ that stars fell from the sky
~ and scattered about her feet
~ like pearls from a broken necklace ~ ♥ ~

~ gaia's music ~ ♥ ~

~ ♪♫ ~ when we listen to gaia's music
~ we find that everything on the earth
~ is singing in its harmony ~ ♪♫ ~

~ stardust ~ ♥ ~

~ we are stardust
~ every cell of our being is stardust
~ specks of carbon formed when the universe began

~ this bright blue ball on which we live . . .
~ spins through space at a breathtaking speed

~ our existence is a miracle
~ the universe is full of miracles

~ sadly, we easily forget these amazing facts . . .
~ when we're sat in a traffic jam
~ shopping at the supermarket
~ or struggling to pay the rent

~ but not only are we made of cosmic material . . .
~ we've got the wisdom of the cosmos in our hearts

~ do only things that make you genuinly happy
~ let go of the things that limit your being
~ like petals falling naturally from a rose bud. . .
~ accept what is . . . .
~ everything is going to work out beautifully ~ ♥ ~

~ namaste ~ ♥ ~

~ eclipse of the heart ~ ♥ ~

~ when you feel unhappy or discouraged
~ when despair stands in between you and your inner light
~ take heart
~ imagine it's an eclipse of your heart
~ an eclipse is the only time it’s safe to look at the sun
~ so look at your sorrow
~ you will eventually see a light so radiantly hopeful . . . that you may have to turn away
~ the beautiful thing is that when you do look away
~ you will see everything coloured by the light of hope ~ ♥ ~

~ it's never too late to turn on the light
~ our ability to break an unhealthy habit or turn off an old tape . . .
~ doesn't depend on how long it has been running
~ a shift in perspective . . .
~ doesn't depend on how long you've held on to the old view ~

~ when you turn on the light in that dark cupboard under the stairs
~ it doesn't matter whether its been dark for ten minutes . . .
~ ten years . . . or ten decades
~ the light still illuminates the cupboard and banishes the darkness
~ letting you see the things you couldn't see before
~ things that have been hidden away and forgotten ~

~ its never too late to take a moment to look . . .
~ be brave . . .
