~ 'it's today' squeaked piglet
~ 'ahh . . . my favorite day !!' answered pooh ~ ♥ ~

~ as we go through our day
~ let's remember to be kind to ourselves
~ and most especially ~ towards others
~ if we want a world that is safe, healthy, and peaceful
~ then we need to be aware that peace begins with us
~ within each and every one of us
~ let's begin now
